Event Secretary & Support provides support for event and secretarial support for organizations.

Analysis

The company provided support to the third edition of the Joomla! days 4 and 5 April 2008 in Utrecht. Since the preparations were much with the Joomla! CMS for the event website, the company discovered how easily website management with Joomla! was. After the Joomladays event they wanted to have their own Joomla website. New events should easily be added, including downloadable documents for such events. And completed events should be moved easily to the portfolio.

Solution

A Joomla! CMS Web site with a commercial layout template custom changed to fit with the company style, and completed with purchased photos in the theme of the company. Future events and articles will be placed in certain categories. After an event is over, the article about that event is to be moved to the "portfolio" category with only a small operation.

Result

The Joomla CMS website is online: www.event-secretary-support.nl and it's managed by the company itself.
