Open Coffee Nijmegen website

Open Coffee is a regular informal meeting where anyone can meet, discuss ideas, share knowledge, brainstorm, hold meetings or collaborate. Networking while enjoying a cup of coffee (or tea).

Open Coffee is an open concept that started in London and is being held worldwide on a weekly basis at more than 100 locations. The timing and content varies from city to city, but you meet interesting and nice people.

Analysis

According to Open Coffee Club Nederland Open Coffee was being organized in 37 cities in The Netherlands. However, Nijmegen was not present in that list.

Solution

In order to get this fun form of informal networks to Nijmegen, db8 opened a LinkedIn group, a Twitter account and started a website. The website was built with Joomla. A paid template was used as a basis and changed with different style elements.
